★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Clean, quiet, well-equipped cabins, perfect for a ski vacation! The rates are good too. The kitchenettes have everything you need, the bed was super comfy, and the ambiance was very quaint and rustic. Dog friendly. Thanks to Rose and Kent, they are great hosts.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice enough RV park for basic needs. Only stayed one night, and it did the job just fine. As the name states, you get a nice view of a glacier across from the entrance. Talked with the owner for a bit at check in and found him friendly. Would stay here again if passing through.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely stunning views to wake up too! The beautiful cabin was very clean, had everything you could need in a kitchen, and felt as comfortable as home. The beds were superb, best sleep in a long time. Close to town and all amenities. By far the nicest place we have ever stayed. Incredible and accommodating owners. We will always and only stay here when we travel west!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you are in the Smithers area, this is the place to stay. Wonderful hosts, great view, clean and well stocked cabins. Close to town and local hikes in the area. Awesome dog treats for sale there as well! Will be back again for sure.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We absolutely loved our stay at Glacier View Cabin #4 over spring break! It was dog friendly, spacious, clean and had everything we needed. We loved having campfires while admiring the beauty of the mountains. It was only a 10 minute drive to downtown and close by many hikes. We can't wait to return in the summertime.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kent & Rose at Glacier View are the BEST hosts! I have been on work travel assignments for 10 months, mostly living out of hotels. I ended up staying in Smithers for nearly 2 of those months. I am SO glad I found Glacier View. The cabins are beautiful, clean, cozy, spacious & very comfortable. Kent & Rose do everything they can to welcome you & make you feel at home. The park is quiet, has a beautiful view of the Glacier, is very close to the airport, and not far from town (10-15mins). It was 1000x's better having a cozy little cabin with a full kitchen and a nice porch all to myself, rather than staying in a crummy, overpriced hotel in town. If I'm ever back in the area, for work or for leisure, I will definitely stay here again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Love coming here, Rose & Kent are absolutely amazing hosts. This is our 3rd time here and can’t wait till next year. Property is beautiful and well maintained with stunning views of the glacier. We do have Alaskan Malamutes so very happy they are welcome here. Cabin 4 does have a fenced dog area right below the deck. We did bring xpens to enlarge their play area, it worked out great. Cabins have all you need and you definitely feel like you’re home. Super clean, spacious and nicely laid out. Cabin 7 is also fantastic, best view of the glacier. Their son also owns True North Raw and we were able to try some of the puppy treats, we took 6 bags home with us!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ OUTSTANDING! We originally had reservations at another campground. Unfortunately, the rain and melting snow was pushing a lot of water into the Bulkley River, causing the government to issue a Flood Evacuation Alert for the campground and other low-lying areas. We contacted Glacier View RV Park to see if we could get a spot there at the last minute. Rose promptly got back to us and set everything up. We had a great view of the mountains and glaciers, while enjoying full hookups. We highly recommend this RV park. The bathrooms were exquisitely clean, and the owners were awesome.
