★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Jessica Given is the absolute best massage therapist in Vernon, she is very attentive to the issues you may have and her therapy helps maintain or cure the problem. I would highly recommend booking with her. I have chronic lower back pain and her treatments have been the most benefit to my well being.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Highly trained professional, definitely recommend. She was able to fix injuries that were decades old and relieve the chronic pain I thought h would have for life. I had tried everything before; physio, chiropractic, even other massage therapists but Jessie was able to get to the root of the pain and fix it. I appreciate the additional training she invests in herself for her clients, it really pays off for us.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My Shoulders were in need of Medical type attention, Ms. Given took the time to evaluate my injury, asked me to do a number of motions to assess the injured part, then went to work on relieving my pain. After less then 8 hrs., I have noticed a great change in my pain and range of motion in my shoulders. Jessy is a true professional !
