O	O'tion VanOhm on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hands down the BEST printing experience we've ever had (and we've had a lot). Here's the deal. A lot of businesses have staff who couldn't care less about the service they're providing. When you walk into this place, you feel the opposite. Brenda swooped in and overdelivered beyond words. She helped us choose the BEST paper for our journals (who knew paper-connoisseurs exist?!), whereas other places didn't seem to have ANY input on the best paper to use for journaling. She knew the moment I said, "Journal" which paper to use. Not to mention our order was COMPLEX and LARGE. 50 Journals, 40 manuals, and 160 laminations. She did everything from printing, laminating, cutting, hole punching, stapling, and binding on several different types of paper - and it's all TOP NOTCH! (Honestly I dunno how the heck she stayed organized with it all). And, above all her expertise, quick and efficient back and forth communication, ninja capacities with organization, she also went above and beyond to meet our CRAZY short timeline. I moved here from Edmonton Alberta where you basically expect mediocre work and I started getting trust issues from the amount of SLOPPY work we were constantly met with. Brenda sets the bar for what quality service looks like. I am so grateful we found her for our giant project. Gibsons Copy Shop is an official member of our team. We will be back!

H	Heather Jeal on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Love these guys! Work is done FAST (often same day service for 1000+ booklets folded and stapled) and professionally with great copy quality. Colour brochures are all true to the original CMYK images, and large signs and banners are affordable and great quality. Have had many types of binding done here including Carlos and spiral bind with no issues whatsoever. I see a review posted by some anonymous person complaining about the binding and it looks like she did not give the Copy Shop team an opportunity to make good on her job. There are fixes that could have been done that would not have required her to buy another copy of the original book. Anyway, I have always received great service and want to make sure all are aware that this little gem of a business is recognized accordingly.

Besides being super friendly and helpful, the job done was great! Colour fantastic and they went out of their way to help get big job done on short notice. I drove back today specifically to have then run off a couple hundred more pages. Worth the trip for such service and quality. Supplied everything I needed for presentation be properly bound and organized. Can’t recommend this place or the owner (and Candy) enough. Thank You!

H	Hannah on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ depends on what you want done printing: 10/10, they're great at printing, high quality clear images, true to colour binding: 0/10, two out of the three binding jobs i had done here were completely botched. the edge of the paper to the hole is 75% of the ring diameter, which means you cant turn the pages. defeats the purpose of getting something spiral bound all of the pages are completely destroyed/crinkled. the pages are so damaged that when i took it to another shop they suggested i buy a new book and start over reply to owner: i do appreciate the offer to rebind the book. i hate leaving a poor review since your printing is excellent, but this was the worst binding job ive ever seen and i frequently have items bound for my job and school if i had realized that it wasnt done properly before i tried to open it, i would have taken you up on the offer. unfortunately the pages were so damaged by the poor job, that even if rebinding the book allowed you to actually open it, the pages are still crumpled and poorly punched although the binding only cost around 5-10$, re-buying the textbooks for 120$ sucked i would highly suggest measuring the whole punch margin vs the ring diameter to ensure that it is not > 50%, or at the very least trying to open the bound item also hole punching a page on the edge (so that the hole is hanging off the paper) is a sure way to make the job looks sloppy and ensures the pages will become tattered

I read the reviews for Gibsons Copy Shop and decided to go there. The owner was friendly and knowledgeable. He knew exactly what I needed and the type of paper I wanted. He said he’d have it done before the end of the day. Sure enough I returned and the finished product was excellent.
