★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a friend call and book a bin. No problem easy peasy. When finished tried and tried to get the bin picked up. Way more stress than necessary. Took a week.
Then the MARIO calls stsrted. My Visa had been hacked so my card was shut down by Visa. So unfortunately my $82 charge was not honoured. Did I need 5 calls a day from Mario. No all I needed was the amount owing so that I could mail a cheque for payment in full. Did Mario respect my response no I finally had to block the phone number for GFL
I responded to his messages but he doesn't seem to understand that this DEAF person doesn't make phone calls. I text and email only. GFL obviously needs to have their staff take sensitivity training. Stressing out a disabled senior home owner over less than $100. He could have stopped at my door and I would have provided the information for payment. The cheque is in the mail. But I know Mario from GFL won't apologize for his abusive behavior.
