★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We have used them for last few years at a number of commercial locations throughout Chilliwack. Used to provide reliable service but in last 2 years or so, they failed numerous times at collecting trash as per contract under very weak pretexts especially during snow conditions. They will let garbage pile up well above critical levels prior to responding. We have contracted snow removal services who remove snow promptly but if there’s even 1/2” of snow, they will not pick up. Sometimes won’t offer any explanations for failing to collect trash even under perfect conditions. Word from other drivers is that they have one very lazy driver responsible for these inefficiencies. Not recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Driver had uncovered load spreading debris all over highway 1. A piece impacted my windshield and damaged paint. The manager Cory ignored my email and multiple phone calls. Clearly have zero concerns for safety of others. They handled this situation so poorly. Since they wont listen to my concern or view dashcam footage, i will be sending to CVSE.
