I started with GFITin January 2022 with Lana as my wellness coach! I am a busy mom of 2 kids (age 2 and 4) with a shift work husband. I needed support and a plan to get back on track and moving. I wanted to feel stronger again and have energy. The meal plans make it easy to know I am meal prepping a balanced diet and the workouts let me jump into my workout without thinking about what I need to do. I am down over 12 lbs, inches are melting away everywhere and feeling so motivated. I feel heard with my meal preferences, the social worker sessions are helping in well being and goal setting, and it is so amazing that your benefits can cover such an amazing service! You don't make change without changing, but the support and accountability is so such a key part as I work towards my health goals! Thanks Lana and GFIT!

My coach Kaitlyn Ferens has helped me form healthy food habits. Her nutrition plans are so easy to follow. I did not have to give up any of my favorite food items- she taught me that it is possible to have a healthy diet without giving up any of that. So far I have lost 6lbs. I feel more toned and overall confident- all thanks to her. My relationship with food has gotten so much better. I definitely recommend her to anyone who is looking to start their next year with positive health goals in mind.

This coaching program is amazing, i have noticed so much change since i started only two months ago. My coach Amanda really takes the time to connect with me and ensure that I am doing well, both in my nutrition and mentally/emotionally as well. She's always willing to answer my many questions and teach me the "why" behind the different things i do. I would definitely recommend this program to anyone who is looking for a lifestyle change - they really help!!

I hired Lana to be my coach a little over 2 months ago and my experience with her has been amazing! Each month she put together my nutrition perfectly, even though I had some pretty intense restrictions! Workouts have been great for the results I want! The one thing about Lana is she really bring mental clarity. Because a lot of getting fit has to do with mental fitness. She has inspired me to become a fitness coach in the future. I love Lana! ❀️

I had the best experience with coach Anthony. Talk about someone that will go above and beyond. This experience has thought me in general what wellness really means and how to consistently maintain & motivate yourself to make it your lifestyle. Everyone in the team is so motivating and want the best for you. This was definitely the best decision I made in my life and expect every aspect of your life changed. April, my coach has been incredibly supportive. I joined because I needed the accountability. She is there for me and asks me hard questions as to the why? Of decisions. I like that she promotes learning and the thoughts behind decisions. That it is a lifestyle change and really feel like she cares about my entire well- being. I love the workouts she has created for me and utilizes the equipment I have on hand. She has been a great cheerleader when I succeed and has offered gentle guidance without judgment on habits I want to continue to work on. She is friendly and incredibly easy to talk to. She understands real life and the struggles we face on a daily basis

I joined GFIT 4 weeks ago and seeing great results! 6.8 pounds down and seeing positive changes mind and body. Coach Lana is awesome and very supportive. Not only about body health but mind wellness too. She answers questions quickly, puts together a fitness plan for you as well as a nutrition plan. If nutrition needs to be switched up, she does that too. I do not eat meat or dairy and that is no problem! Happy with my decision to be a part of GFIT. ?

Jelena is an incredible coach. She individualized my meal plan to food I enjoy, meals were easy and quick to prep. I wasn’t a huge gym fan prior to starting the program but she made my workouts realistic and manageable. She always encouraged me to push myself and was quick to reply when I had questions. She definitely made the experience amazing. I feel both mentally and physically so much healthier in my life today. Very grateful to have been able to work with her!
