Thank you Dan and Oliver for the help with our office relocation. It could be an annoying process, but thanks to GetMovers it was a satisfying experience! I don’t know how they did it! But they did. The move was completely done in 4 hours, so fast! I highly recommend this company.

I absolutely recommend GetMovers. The team were such a joy to work with! Movers arrived very promptly at 8am, handled all our stuff with care, and moved it quickly and carefully. We were all wrapped up sooner than I had predicted. They communicated with us throughout the process so we knew what was happening and they also followed all the safety precautions for COVID-19 (wearing masks, keeping socially distanced from us etc.). If you're looking for a stress-free moving experience, I highly recommend GetMovers!

Their service is remarkably good, they are so kind and nice. Aside from that they are really fair. I got to be friends with them after one time job. Whatever you expect from a moving company they are way better than that. Strongly recommended.

David and the crew performed exceptionally well and above expectations. A three-step move over the course of 120 miles went flawlessly. The team arrived on time and finished the moves within the planned window. There was no damage to the property.

I've been using Get Movers for the past few years in Vancouver and I'm so happy with them. They always show up on time, they're always professional, and I never have to worry about my things being broken or lost. They are my go-to moving company and I would recommend them to anyone who needs a good mover!

I have moved with many movers over the years but hands down this company is the best I have ever used. They were always very fast to get back to me with an estimate. And the movers always worked very hard to get the job done. They wrapped all my furniture and handled everything with extra care. I'm very pleased with them. What a great company to work with!

I find all the positive reviews hard to believe, based on the experience I had with Get Movers. They were extremely responsive until the had my deposit, but from there the customer service was terrible. The packers were late, and seemed to be a sub-contractor of Get Movers, not their actual staff. At first only one packer arrived even though two had been booked and confirmed. I ended up doing half of the work. When the second person finally arrived, they decided they were finished even though there was still plenty to be packed. They hadn't brought enough supplies and just wanted me to sign off on the job and pay. I refused, and insisted that they go to get more supplies. Eventually the first gentleman to arrive did, while the other sat outside on my deck. The then included that extra hour even though they weren't doing anything. When I called to speak to customer service the next day, Jack was down right rude on the phone and kept trying to talk over me. I was also waiting for the movers to arrive that same day. Nancy had told me (and it was written in my contract) that the movers would be there are 12 noon. They weren't. At 2pm I called Jack again, who continued to be rude and finally said he would call them and get back to me. He didn't. On my third call he gave me the number of the moving companies manager in Toronto. Again, it wasn't Get Movers staff doing the work, they had outsourced to Ontario Van Lines. Bill, the manager, was shocked to hear that I had been given an exact arrival time as he usually provides an estimated time, and he knew exactly who had given me the arrival time. To make a long story short, the movers arrived eight hours after I had been told they would. It was my last day in Vancouver and all my plans were derailed due to utter incompetence and extremely poor customer service. If I could give zero stars as a rating, I would. My only recommendation for this company is to avoid them at all costs.

We moved from a town house to a condo and are very happy with Get Movers. Right from the estimate stage, John made us feel very confident it would be a great experience. The two movers (Jeff and David) arrived on time (a few minutes early actually), were very professional, polite and efficient. We had a very tight window to use the condo elevator and the guys made it spot on. The entire experience was enjoyable and we did not worry for a second! Best movers we've ever dealt with and highly recommonded to everyone!
