R	Rylan O'Neill on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a one bedroom apartment. This company sent me 3 alcoholics reeking like booze. It took these guys 6.5 hours to move my stuff one km away. They broke a bookshelf put holes in my wall scratched my floor. Still charged me 550 over the quoted price. Total 1150 to move 15 small boxes a bed and two dressers a loveseat a chair a table and a bbq. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

The company requested a detailed list of what needed to be moved and said they wouldn't need to come see the place themselves to assess the scope, that a list would suffice. The day of, the movers arrived without the list, and without any boxes or packing paper, so they were utterly unprepared and had to go buy boxes at Canadian Tire. Once everything was finally packed and moved, my family noticed one box was missing. When they enquired about it, the movers claimed we were mistaken. After we unpacked, we realized that our relative's high-quality cookware set and knives were missing; the movers said they must have accidentally thrown them out. The lack of preparation, care, and the 'accidental trashing' of my relative's cookware set and knives leads me to suggest you seek out literally any other movers.
J	Josephine Mah on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hired a 3-person team to move us from our townhouse into our new home. Only 2 people showed up. Alex (the owner operator) addressed this by knocking $20 an hour off their rate so I'd be paying $150/hr. I'd much rather have paid full price and spared my fiance's back, since he ended up moving the full day with these two slow guys. I'd specifically asked for the team to put rugs down so our old and new places would not be soiled. They brought a few old moving blankets and made a big deal about how they don't normally put rugs down to protect the place you're moving out of, only to the place you are moving into. So now I have to go back to my old place and steam clean the carpets. I will say, nothing got broken and no walls were destroyed, hence why I gave two stars instead of one.

T	Tara Stewart on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This moving company was extremely difficult to deal with and I would not recommend them to anyone for their moving services. They were late showing up for the move, we had them booked for 9:30 am and they arrived at 3:30 pm, and while I am sure it was a clerical error in booking every time we called to find out what was going on we got a different story and the run around. I asked several times to speak with a supervisor about the issues and each time they transferred me to customer service where they then disconnected me. While the drivers themselves were very nice and good to deal with, the company was horrific, and lastly after having no discussion with any management we were forced to pay on the spot or the driver would not leave the premises. This was not a good situation as he was alone with my daughter so we were not comfortable with pushing the compensation we wanted, with her alone in the house with a stranger. So once again I would not recommend this company to anyone after the experience we had.
