Ten months after taking possession of brand new properly work remains to be completed, damages and deficiencies remain unresolved. The builder does not return calls or emails. This will now fall into legal litigation, buyers beware.

They do not come back to fix things around the house, they do a fast inspection so that you don't realize the defaults of the house and cannot claim them prior to moving in. They avoid emails, phone calls and any way of communication to not come look at any problems encountered and prolong visits so that they reach the end of guarantee! If you can avoid them do so! They are the worst company to work with. The beauty of the house is not worth the terrible post-ownership relationship you will have with them.
