★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service non professionnel. J’ai laisser plusieurs messages depuis le mois de février. On me répond à chaque fois que quelqu’un va me rappeler. Aucun rappel jusqu’au mois d’avril pour finalement me répondre qu’ils n’aurons pas le temps… La secrétaire prend les message dans un calepin et à de la difficulté à retrouver les clients qui ont appeler. Première fois que je reçois un aussi mauvais service client…. Ne mérite certainement pas un 5 étoiles… J’y songerais deux fois avant de faire affaire avec cette compagnie.
Unprofessional service. I have left several messages since February. They answer me every time someone calls me back. No callback until April to finally answer me that they will not have time… The secretary takes the messages in a notebook and has difficulty finding the customers who have called. First time I have received such bad customer service…. Definitely does not deserve a 5 star… I would think twice before doing business with this company.
