G	Gene Paul on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We recently had Georgian design build complete a main floor renovation in our Etobicoke home. I can’t tell you how happy we are. This is a family-owned business that takes great pride in everything they do . From concept into design, and into construction transforming our space was so easy with their process. We met several times to plan what we wanted. The team of employees was great to work with given we needed a lot of help with design. We had a kickoff meeting where we were introduced to our crew leader Phil. Work began and the amount of care for our home, lifestyle, and craftsmanship was evident from day one. We are now using our new kitchen, family room etc and every day we are so excited. The attention to detail and building exactly what we wanted was unmatched. I hope I don’t miss anyone but a huge shoutout to the designers Michelle, Amanda, Negar and the rest of the office staff, and Phil and all the employees who created our dream home . I would highly recommend this company to anyone who has a home project to be done. Thank you doesn’t seem like enough to this company. Well done.

M	Monica Longo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As a lawyer I originally wanted a quote from contractors not realizing it was impossible to price a project I had not even crystallized in my own mind. Accordingly I received a few lowball unreasonable quotations from contractors who just wanted to hook me in. So unprofessional!!! Thank God I purchased Georgian’s Feasibility Study. Best investment I ever made. It was was worth every penny. I got back 100% in my construction contract and advanced ten steps in the design process for free. It showed us what our project would look like, how much it would cost us, and how long was going to take. Before we had to commit to an expensive contract. Dealing with the owner Gene and the Principle Designer Michelle whose professionalism, experience and knowledge of the process was reassuring to us. They took great pains to help us draw and redraw our dream home plans. Michelle was exceedingly patient with us as we pondered this and moved that, and pointed things out to us that would enhance or detract from the final product, and we trusted her judgement. She earned every penny she was paid in helping us with our space plans and we believe she’s one of the reasons our house turned out so nicely. We couldn’t be happier with her service and care…we are grateful for her responsiveness to our questions and her flexibility and patience. Thank you for our beautiful new home, we are very proud of it! As a lawyer my advice to homeowners is not to get caught up with a quote from a contractor which is useless. It’s a bait and switch process that will end you up in court. Avoid the pitfalls of the renovation and only deal with Georgian process which Is head shoulders above everybody else. You can trust Georgian process is risk-free!!
