★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quiet and Cozy. Traffic on Fortune is non-stop until 9:00pm, but windows keep out the noise just fine. Nice landscaping and gazeebo out back create a sanctuary and building blocks out all the traffic noise from just the other side of the apartment block. BBQ pad and table for cooking, and bike rack steps from the intercom located beside the tiny parking area and side main door. Parking for guests on the side streets and 7th Day Adventist Church parking lot located same side as the main entrance.
