M	Mitch Baldwin on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr. Dhillon is the best dentist I’ve had in my 64 years of life. His care, skills and chair side manner are exceptional. Dr. Dhillon explains everything he’s going to do in easily understandable terms. I have a tremor and persistent cough. Dr. Dhillon is always very considerate and frequently asks if I’m ok throughout the procedure. Dr. Dhillon gets 5 Stars in all categories from this extremely thankful and happy patient. I would like to add that every one of Dr. Dhillon’s staff are excellent in their own right. Friendly, knowledgeable, courteous and a pleasure to deal with. I had few treatments and all I could say my experience was great and I would highly recommend this clinic. Thank you for providing an amazing service and experience.
K	Kurt Gonsalves on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They do not deserve a star but that is the lowest score google offers, so i will start with a negative 3 star rating and state that they are extremely mean to the poor and community of the DTES of Vancouver, BC Canada, they should lose there license and get out of the area and go somewhere there disgraceful way they treat the poor and over all terrible attitudes, would be appreciated starting with the reception who is a women that is scorned and only a pay cheque away from being a client. They are the type of company that promotes them as a help to the community and treating the same clients like savages and animals, i will be placing a law suit against them and will not stop until i get them closed down and or inspected.

I was scared to get my wisdom teeth pulled out because when I was young at a different office, I had a very painful procedure when I had my other teeth out. But here they did the best job at numbing me and I felt literally nothing while they did my procedure.
S	Sylvia Crocker on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to Gentle Dental today & only made it as far as filling my persona l info form & I needed the washroom & was told it wasn't for patients the receptionist said she would go ask if I could use the w room & came back with another receptionist who told me we don't allow patients to use our w rooms, there & pointed out couple of notices on the window & told me I could go over there as she pointed the Canagy out, I'm not from the downtown area, but this woman didn't care or even notice I had a disability & wasn't able to run around a busy street full of addicts, she was very disrespectful. You guys want our business but, cheap with your washroom, no thank, I deserve to be treated with respect even if it is a low income dental.
D	DTES Community Proposal for live info on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been coming here for over a decade. I really value that they care for our community and takes time to get to know their patients and provides them with excellent care they are in need of. Given that this area has its challenges, the staff don't turn their back on them. They give patients a new look on life and most importantly they feel safe coming in through their doors. I love coming here because I am treated like family.
