★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Called in to get a window replacement due to a leak and it took 3 months to even get a call back to get it replaced. Not to mention that the window had already been replaced before due to an air leak a year ago. They "broke" the window the day that the appointment was scheduled and cancelled it the morning of. What horrible quality of produces and awful service I am never buying these windows again.

we ordered some material what our installer who has a account with Gentek, we even paid for it so he can start early he dropped 1/2 of the order at the house ,than got called away to a other job side , so i went over to Gentek and ask if the can deliver and i pay for it right now so my contractor can start (again) early ,i got told the cant do it ( even that i had paid for it in full all ready) my contractor has to call it in! but you sold some other small stuff to a person before who has no contract or company # (just lie I) almost

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good products and decent options. HORRIBLE customer service. The blonde lady is rude and doesn't know anything about the merchandise. Quite frustrating when you're trying to get a job done and they have you running back and forth for items because they can't keep track of their inventory properly.

I can't get a proper quote on items if I don't have an account, I can't open account until the third purchase, how could I make a purchase before get a quote?
They can't give out samples if I don't have a specific choice of colours for the products. How can I colour match it for my client?
Got there like 4:10 and there staff said we're closed, but the door sign is 4:30. The experience sucks.
Stupid policy, poor staff, just don't go

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This company is horrible for customer service. I dropped off my camera weeks go. I got no response from them. I called a couple of times. All I got was a rep telling me to keep waiting. Didn't even look into my claim number. Finally got a call a couple of weeks later to say they couldn't' fix it. Asked for all my info although I left it all with them while I was there the first time. They said they would get SONY to call me. Been 8 days. I called back. Same guy, same issue. Pushes me through to a manager's voicemail who never ever calls back. No one answers their phone. No room on service machine. I have no idea what is going on with my camera. Just a horrible place to deal with. Fix your camera elsewhere if you can!
