They were so considerate to my confused mother and when we arrived at her new home, they had even decorated beautifully, making the move so much easier on her and subsequently, me. I would recommend them a million times as the best, by far, moving service I have ever encountered. Sensational service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What a fabulous group of people! They moved my Mom (twice). And they even made her bed for her! They picked up small delicate items and made sure they were delivered to the new suite safe and sound. I highly recommend this company!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've had the pleasure of using Genie Senior Services for moves 3 times-once for my elderly aunt and twice for myself. They are, hands down, the best moving company I have ever come across. The team always arrives right on time; they are all professionally dressed in uniforms and well groomed. Their organization is incredible. They will walk through your place with you, and draw up a plan for loading and unloading so there's no question of where things are placed in your new home. And they handle your belongings with great care and respect. Whatever needs to be done, they will do it for you, all with cheerful smiles. Because they have a big team, your move is accomplished in no time. Once they leave, your place is all left in order and ready to go. I would never use another moving company as, in my experience, they are the best.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What a great moving experience for myself moving into a senior residence in Poco. Excellent communication from the owner before and during so there's no second guessing anything, the packers arrived on schedule and they made it a fun experience and they really love what they do and are so respectful and nice. Everyone worked so hard and they were so helpful and positive the entire time. I can't imagine anyone not having a good experience with this amazing team. THANK YOU!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I highly recommend Genie services. I got them to move my mother this past weekend (and they were willing to do it on a long weekend!). It was an internal move in a seniors residence and I could not have done it with out them. They were so quick and helpful and did everything from start to finish......greeted my mom and made her feel super comfortable....then packed, moved, unpacked, setup/organized, hung pictures, shelves, coat, hooks, organized the closets, cupboards, fridge.....i could go on and on. The team of 4 was amazing, and so friendly and helpful. We didn't even have to be there for most of it so i was able to keep my mom away so that she wasn't stressed etc. I have nothing but wonderful things to say about this company and their team and HIGHLY recommend.

I continue to receive exceptional feedback about their professional & friendly staff, their incredible service and their great pricing. I am always personally so impressed when they come to our community, always on time, very organized and friendly to everyone they come across. Our residents all know them by their bright orange shirts and positive attitudes! You won't find a better moving & downsizing company than Genie Senior Services!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rhett and Olivia, together with their team accommodated moving my parents into assisted living on very short notice and on a Sunday. Olivia unpacked and organized the kitchen and other areas in their new residence. Boxes were removed and they even hung pictures on the wall for them. Extremely knowledgeable in moving seniors and all the questions and an answer and solution to all the challenges we met along the way.
Lastly, but most importantly, the kindness and respect they gave my parents was outstanding.
