★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very friendly and polite staff, also very competent. I just went in to get a watch band sized to fit my wrist and it was done in minutes with no sign it was ever any different. Price was incredibly reasonable too for the service. I will be back for all my resizing needs in the future!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very dissatisfied, took in 2 rings to be repaired and one to be appraised as we thought it was an alexandrite I was quoted just over 100 dollars each repair and 60 on the appraisal of the other ring in question … went to pick them up today after 2 weeks my diamond was actually 235 to repair not a phone call nothing to tell me it would be double and my other ring was not an alexandrite but the appraisal was not done so I still don’t know what it is as well cost double the appraisal 500 in total to repair 2 rings … I would not have repaired the second ring if I knew it wasn’t worth it but again no call or permission given to go ahead with the repair
