D	D M on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A fun place in a new area. Zibi condos are going up and the Gatineau Beerfest is on the ground floor. No idea if it will remain here but get it while it is hot. Was busy when we were there. Olivia ( local eatery on Eddy ) food truck is also there serving food. Games, swings and other fun things too
E	Eric Marchand on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had fun! But then again, it's a beerfest so how could I not. Prices were decent and allowed me to taste multiple brews with a wide variety of tastes. The site itself is great with a view of Parliament across the river. The only downside was the food trucks. Mostly cheap fast food served at premium prices. It felt a bit "tourist trap" but then again, it's beerfest, not foodfest so... anyway, I'll stick with 4 stars and hope they change it up a bit next year. Definitely recommend though.

It was a huge surprise when I came across beard trim and scotch whisky booth because one of my goals was to have a beard trim in the Gatineau while I was in the area. Crazy to find this booth and they were so professional and I was so happy to get a good trim and then continue on to drink that scotch and check out many wonderful Quebec beers. Great event!
E	Etienne Dupuy on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I go every year and its awesome. The grounds of the museum make it a lovely spot. Great view of the river and parliament. My favourite thing about this festival is that there is practically no trash. All food is handed out in reusable containers with real cutlery which they wash. Cups are reusable to get your beer. Makes the whole thing nice as there are not a million full trash cans everywhere. Well done!

It's one of the first festivals actually happening this year, and the organizers have had to severely limit the number of tickets sold to about 10% of normal capacity. It's nice with fewer people because it creates a more intimate event. They have a Ferris wheel that serves as a fantastic lighting feature at night, and they have this little wading pool which is a fun addition for these hot days. It felt so great to join friends and see live music, and of course there's the beer! So many selections, and so cold and refreshing, the sample sizes are reasonable so that you can taste a broad selection of IPAs, sours, darks, reds, etc. without getting too full or too drunk! It's a very fun night out with friends, and couldn't have come soon enough.

S	Simon Lalande on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very good ambiance at Festbière de Gatineau. Good bands on most nights. Awesome micro-brasseries that leads you to taste all kinds of differents beers. My only complaint would be that you must use their bracelet for payment and that if there is any money remaining on your account you lose that. I highly recommand for a good time with friends.
