β β β β β We moved into building 4001, 2 months ago and are so happy that we made the move. Ivka Brkic, the rental agent that we dealt with and continue to deal with has been outstanding in accomodating some of our requests and has done so in a very pleasant manner. She is a star and the "face of the Gates of Bayview". Our apartment was available to us to install blinds and some of our own appliances that we brought along and had ordered new. The entire apartment was cleaned and freshly painted as well as them having the floors sanded and varnished. We were permitted to enlarge one of the doorway openings into the kitchen to permit us to bring our newly purchased fridge in but the doorways were too narrow. Also, this is not a new complex, they continue to freshen the hallways and the grounds are well kept. We look forward to the summer ahead and taking advantage of the outdoor space. Although not an inexpensive rental building, the amenities available are excellent and our encounters with the staff have been excellent.
