★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Refused to fill my propane tank. Guy went asked the other employee who was there, but he refused and the other guy had to man the counter. Waste of time, don’t offer propane refills if you won’t do them

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A quick gas stop on the Island Highway. The good news was fuel prices were a little lower than competition located further south. The bad news was the bathrooms were filthy (one toilet paper roll sitting on the floor) and not in good working order (plugged sink). I have a feeling that staff rarely inspect the facilities. So beware if you have to "go" while gassing.

claiming that no one else was offering services either. Don't be so lazy and unwilling, or inconsiderate. I can confirm that you are virtually the ONLY facility along this route that is unwilling to support their customers. You obviously don't want us and we don't need you either! People - save your money for someone deserving, like the places just down the road!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I unfortunately cant begin to explain the problems i have had with this store, i avoid them and make the 5 minute drive further to southgate Co-Op every time. Watch the employees, staff, management and ownsership and you will very quickly see every flaw in the armor exposed. The worst part is that there is zero way of talking to someone who cares, the manager brushes off requests and concerns and i dont think she has ever told the owner what really happens there. There is no way of expressing a concern to someone that isint management, and they just let it fall on dead ears. Quite dissapointed and i will do everything i can to avoid this store, and supporting the owner and his stores in the future.

Went to the lake cowichan store intending to use their gift card was told by an angry woman manager that they don't honor their gift cards there. What a RIP off established

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Scary. Used to go here often. Pumps look neglected one not working sign old ratty handwritten,switched pump, no receipt issued as requested and door to main locked, lights on, noone around. 9amish Saturday? Last time I go here.
