It is now called "OCEANGROVE GAS N GO GE" (according to my MasterCard bill) and they are involved with ILLEGITIMATE (illegal) business. If you pre-approve $100 for fuel and only use $60, they will NOT REFUND you the difference ($40). I called them to fix the problem and they always have an excuse as to why they can't fix the mistake. If you are reading this, please tell as many people as you can that they are criminals and are stealing a LOT of money from customers. Please help me shut them down.
K	Kevin Godsoe on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The people in the post office here are totally incompetent today i went to mail a parcel to the usa ,the person had no idea what to do , froze the computer ,rebooted it and not knowing the pas word locked the computer !!!!! Had to call manager who could not be in for 10 minutes to fix problem ... so no mail service . Every time i have used this post office there have beeb similar problems AVOID USING THERE SERVICE They are also very rude NEVER AGAIN ,!!!!!!
L	Local Shopper on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cashiers are incredibly rude and unwelcoming. I know this is a convinience store and you can’t expect the highest levels of customer service... But there is a suprosing culture of poor service standards at this store. 9/10 of my last visits the cashier has not even said hello or addressed me. They just start scanning my items. It must be a family run place because they all have the exact same bad attitude. I won’t be shopping here again. The next convinience store is a 5 min drive down the road and they will be getting all of my business. This little store has a great opportunity as it is the first store located in the south end of Campbell River. They could have a huge captive market and should probably stock some common grocery store items. Peppers, onions etc. They’d do well as the closest grocery store is a fair distance away. It’s a shame they are ruining their business with something as controlable as good customer service. If new ownership ever takes over make sure to announce the heck out of it. I won’t be back until there is a major change.
