S	Sheila Poirier on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This company is terrible and unprofessional They came and dug holes for us a couple of years ago We had a manufactured tool to remove the existing posts that were originally installed They thought it was a fantastic tool They asked to borrow it, so they too could have one built. Well they have one alright , they refuse to return ours, and say that they don’t even know we are when we call We have been leaving messages for a year and when they accideny answer my call they hang up DO YOURSELF A FAVOUR, call a reputable company This one is not.
S	S on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Years ago this company was really good. On time and responsive. The last few years they have really went downhill. Not sure what happened but I would look elsewhere. There's many other companies out there that would be glad to get the business.

For starters the posts don't even sit straight and they are all over the place, second the spacing between the posts isn't even! We are talking from 3 inch gaps to 9 inch gaps of difference in spacing! Then when we pay you cash (before double checking your work, which should not be necessary) that you give no receipt for and then call you later you don't answer your phone! When you finally answered (after calling from different number) and you pick up you say that you aren't giving us the money back and that you would destroy us in small claims court! This is not a good company and this is not over with. We will go after the money for this hack job!
J	Justice Murdoch on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ These are the guys if you want sub standard work...answers...and results. Had an appointment for Thursday...no show no text no call. Showed up the next day and told that although we were quoted $30 per hole it would now be $50 per hole as it would all be hand dug. This is because they bring a tractor auger...because yeah...every person who is putting up a fence has all the space in the world for a tractor to get to their fence line. Why they dont have a machine hand auger...??! Next....asked for 6foot on center posts. We have 2 at 6 foot, 1 at 5 and 3/4 feet, one at 5.5 feet. We do have one at 4.5 feet but thats because they hit some old concrete and instead of breaking it up they left a 1 foot hole with instructions for me to "soak it in 4 buckets of water overnight and then break it up with a pry bar". My response.."can you not just try a foot over?" They did and the post went in. Didnt think that was a hard one to figure out. So posts are all different spacing...different depths because if they hit any roots, stone etc thats as deep as they go they just give up. When i asked if they were deep enough i got a shoulder shrug and a "I dont know". Then why are you selling yourself as a fence and post person. USELESS! But he did tell me to attach a 2x4 to my shed and the posts and the tree and the posts to "be safe". Absolute joke!!!! Thats the aesthetic i want. Could have done the exact same job myself. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY on this company.
M	Mark Williams on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They work too quickly. Unnecessarily destroyed gardens even when clearly directed how to avoid it. Some posts out of level because they used a 6" level. Did not properly use a string line to line up posts. Did not take the extra time to dig holes deep enough, some are only 2 feet deep. This is the 2nd time I used them and they had excuses for their poor work the first time, but they were the same excuses this time. This is the quality of their work.

You start throwing in old chipped out concrete in the new holes and my friend takes them out. He asks you to fill the holes properly with fresh concrete and you say you don't have enough. He himself gives you another bag he had in the garage and you top up the holes . You then get in his face and tell him your going to take him to small claims court if he doesn't pay. Which he never refused to pay. You didn't even take money off for him giving you a bag of concrete to finish the job. Trying to intimidate customers by yelling at them and getting into they're faces nice job! Cutting corners and treating customers with no respect will surely put you out of business. Glad I wasn't there to witness this

Communication was excellent, the crew showed up on time and really knew what they were doing, extremely professional and would recommend to anyone looking for quality workmanship at a reasonable cost. I	Ian Duval on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gary was recommended to me by my buddy who used him on a new house fence. When I called, last Thursday, I was glad to hear Gary was going to be able to fit me in on the upcoming Tuesday.... Even more impressive considering Monday was a public holiday. Then Tuesday morning comes around, and nobody shows up. I called 3 times that day to see if maybe I was slotted as an afternoon job. Hit voicemail everytime. I call again Wednesday morning.... hit voicemail... 4 times. Thursday Morning.... Same situation, different day.. Thursday evening... Gary calls me back to tell me he was going to be there on Friday morning. I told him to stay home. By that time, I had rented a one man auger, and the posts were poured in concrete....by myself. I lost 2 days of my vacation week waiting for this guy to show up. Unreliable, unresponsive, and even worse, unapologetic when he's the reason things go sideways. I'm not sure if he promises too much... or he's not able to deliver what he promises... but, for your own sanity, just don't bother.
