G	Globule Agrumes on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ce qui est dommage, c'est que ce soit souvent impossible d'avoir du service: les passagers s'informent auprès d'autres passagers, seulement voilà: si tout le monde vous prend pour un employé, vous ne pouvez pas plus les renseigner et, surtout, pouvez-vous vous fier sur un renseignement fourni par un inconnu?... Il est possible de se retrouver à 200 km de votre destination pour la modique somme de 12$!!! Des fois il y a effectivement un ou une employée, mais ils s'attendent à ce que vous sachiez déjà exactement où vous allez: autrement, il se peut que l'employé persiste à vous appeler madame même si vous portez la barbe (!); à plus d'une occasion ils m'ont fait rater un autobus ou un train parce qu'ils attendaient à la toute dernière minute pour vendre les billets et il y avait une file d'attente formidable de passagers stressés par le fait que si ils manquent leur bus le prochain est dans plus qu'une heure... Je recommande les transports en commun seulement si vous n'êtes vraiment pas pressé; si vous prenez le bus pour aller travailler, vous risquez d'arriver en retard et votre transport vous coûtera cher. Aussi, si vous consultez l'horaire, assurez-vous qu'il ne soit pas périmé. Consulter sur Internet permet de savoir à l'avance si des arrêts sont supprimés, ça vous évitera de vous en rendre compte durant le trajet. Jouissant, incroyable, digne des dieux! Station and ticket office. For millennia I dreamed of finding myself in a place like this and it turned out to be heaven on earth. Enjoying, incredible, worthy of the gods!

Étant donné que les temps d'attente sont parfois long entre les différents transports, un siège confortable, des bornes de recharge, des tablettes pour y déposer nos ordinateurs portables, seraient un "must" en 2019. It is high time that those in charge opened a project in order to make the furniture more comfortable. Since the waiting times are sometimes long between the different transports, a comfortable seat, charging stations, tablets to store our laptops, would be a "must" in 2019.

I	Ilania Abileah on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What is good about this station is that it is both a bus and a train station. (Train tickets are purchased from a machine on the tracks. The other great feature is that there is a bus to St. Jerome from the Laval Metro (subway) station, every half hour, so people who do not drive can come to St. Jerome for a few dollars (combining cost of subway and the bus) to be picked up by hosts from other points in the Laurentian Region. For those waiting there are seats, benches and little tables, and the bathrooms are kept clean.. I would like to add that there are on internet people who receive "couch surfers". Also, there are some organizations such as SERVAS (requires membership) hospitality club, and more. If you are bikers it would be good to check those out for future trips. I know that there are Servas hosts in St. Jerome, and others in the area. I feel sorry for the couple that were trapped wet and with bikes. I am not sure about a Youth Hostel in St. Jerome. But it might be a good idea to check before going on a long bike ride.
A	Adrienne Padvaiskas on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible customer service! I was injured, cold and wet from the rain after 100km bike ride. My husband and I were told we couldn't get on the bus back to Laval when we showed up at dusk (19:58) on September 3rd. I pleaded with 7 different employees to contact a supervisor and they all refused. I tried to call a taxi and none of them could take our bicycles. At this point it's our only options were to bike 3hrs in the dark or book a hotel at 125$. I told the lady at the ticket counter that no taxi could take us and I pleaded again with tears in my eyes. Her response was "I'm sure my supervisor will say no, but you can call customer service". What useless advice, customer service was closed for the day. Then she said there's nothing she could do it's because of the insurance. For emergencies I should call the 911. How terrifying is the supervisor for all those employees to refuse to ask? Where's the humanity? All of the STL and STM employees I've encountered had more empathy. They should be ashamed! Lessons of the day read the fine print on the back of the bus schedule.
