Believe it or not it was my first time trying French cuisine. Loved the ambience of the patio and restaurant. It had a modern flair to it. The moules frites was excellent! The mussels were very well seasoned and the fries fresh and crispy. The service and staff were amazing! Will definitely be back.

Came here for lunch and the food was fantastic. We ordered AmΓ©lie which is one of their signature cocktails and we loved it, we could feel the alcohol at the end of our lunch. First impressions: A really nice restaurant, inside and out. The hostess and waitress (could be the manager, not sure) were very welcoming and friendly. We got offered an option to sit at the patio or inside. Although on OpenTable, the app only allowed me to book seats at the bar. It was 30 degrees so sitting inside was definitely our preference. Interior design of the restaurant is beautiful, a lot of velvet, blue and gold details. Reminds me of the French restaurants you see in New York. Cocktails: highly recommend, they were delicious! The AmΓ©lie had grapefruit juice, sparkling wine and rhubarb-infused beefeater gin. It’s such a refreshing cocktail for a VERY hot day. Food: we ordered the Benedict and Croque Monsier and the eggs were cooked to the right temperature, when you break the egg, the yolk is runny. As for the pain au lait toast/buttermilk biscuit?! Divine. Compliments to the baker. It was soft, so fluffy to a point that it felt like I was cutting into a pillow! COVID protocols: Contact tracing and menus are all through QR codes which is pretty standard procedure for every restaurant nowadays. No sanitizers or temperature checks onsite though. CONTACTLESS PAYMENT ONLY, so only debit and credit cards are accepted. Little Incident/snafu: We got the bill, left the restaurant and within two minutes, I noticed I left my silk scrunchie behind. I ran back and asked the hostess and she said β€œOh we tossed it away, we didn’t know if you were going to come back”. At first, I thought she was joking so I ran into the restaurant to look for it and bumped into the waitress. She noticed me and asked me if I was looking for the scrunchie, if so, β€œthe hostess has it.” So after a few minutes of going and back forth, the waitress retrieved the scrunchie for me, from the garbage bin. She washed it and it was wet because obviously, it was very dirty at that point. Anyways, I didn’t want to make a scene at that moment but the restaurant should have a Lost and Found bin. You don’t just throw away items that are left behind. Would you throw away a customer’s cellphone if they accidentally left it behind? My scrunchie was only $15 but it has a sentimental value to it.

Good take on all the French classics. It’s a very pretty and cute patio and interior set up. Like the live entertainment which adds a nice ambiance. Yummy charcuterie board with smoked duck, ham, cheeses, mustards and fruit compotes. The mussels are okay but wish they had a creamier base. Burger is well done (though said it’s a medium). Lots of great wine selection

We were in the area and needed a place for a quick bite. Fantastic food and service. Food and drinks were all amazing. We will be back for dinner! Update: we went back for dinner and the steak and duck mains were delicious and perfectly cooked.

We went there on a dinner date. The ambiance and service was top notch. The food was okay, neither the best we’ve had, nor the worst. Stuff members and servers were really nice. I’d recommend this place to have a dinner date, not for the food but for the ambience and environment.

This is a nice restaurant in Toronto. The setting and atmosphere is great and relaxing. The restaurant wasn't very busy when we got there and were seated right away even being there earlier than our reservation time. The servers were all very courteous and friendly. They checked on us regularly and made sure we were taken care of. The food was very good too and tastely. We got the onion soup (this was a bit bitter for my taste), confit du canard, saumon Γ  la vigneronne and for dessert the "gateau au fromage basque. Everything was tasty, well cooked and seasoned. We even received a $15 coupon (for next time) at the end because we had reserved for a birthday celebration. That was a nice touch. My only gripe was the price. It is on the pricey side. I will recommend otherwise if price is not a concern.

Beautiful decor. Good service. Free parking close by. Unfortunately out of many items that were on the menu. Ordered the lamb that was tough. Might give it a second chance though. Desserts and appetizers were good. Not cheap.
