★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ma fille a vécue une situation semblable ( petits sévices corporels à répétition) sur une période d’un an. Même déni des propriétaires... Endroit douteux qui porte à réflexion.
 My daughter went through a similar situation (repeated minor physical abuse) over a period of one year. Even denial of the owners ... Dubious place that makes you think.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Les gardiennes Marie-Ange et Natasha pinçaient tour à tour mon fils. Après avoir rencontré la propriétaire elle nous a mentionné que c'était impossible. Elle a protégé ces femmes cruelles jusqu'à la toute fin en niant quelconque possibilité que cela puisse se produire dans sa garderie. Nous avons demandé a voir les vidéos de surveillance. Nous avons reçu comme réponse que le système les effacait à tous les 24h. Mon fils a maintenant 8 ans et il n'en démord pas. Ce qu'il a subi le traumatise encore à présent. Le dossier est maintenant dans les mains des autorités. De grâce, n'envoyez pas votre enfant à cette garderie.
The guards Marie-Ange and Natasha pinched my son in turn. After meeting the owner she mentioned that it was impossible. She protected these cruel women to the very end by denying any possibility that this could happen in her daycare. We asked to see the surveillance videos. We received a response that the system erases them every 24 hours. My son is now 8 years old and he does not give up. What he suffered traumatizes him even now. The case is now in the hands of the authorities. Please don't send your child to this daycare.

Vous étiez supposés protéger les enfants et vous avez failli à votre tâche.
The law of silence and the protection of employees who abuse children are part of the strategies of the owners to try to cover up the alarming situations that have occurred at this daycare. Shame on them !
You were supposed to protect the children and you failed in your task.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Jo Flor, I am the owner of the daycare. We did a search in our files and we do not find anything in your name. I question your motivation, since we are a daycare in operation since 1987, prioritizing parental and childrens' satisfaction and we are always very open when a glitch arrives.
Antonio Grimaldi, Natacha had nothing to do with the child being pinched. Mari-Ange, and only she, was the culprit. She was dismissed as an employee the day she hurt the child. The daycare has never tolerated such behaviour - not in the past, not in the present and never in the future. Rightfully, a daycare operating since 31 years must do the right thing when a child is hurt by an educator. I fired her on the spot. I'm sorry it happened to your child. In hindsight, I wish I had not hired that qualified educator. Apologies.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ i brought my child here from 18 months till he went to school. i can say first hand that the staff here treated me and my child like friends. when i would go pick my son up from daycare he would cry because he did not want to leave his friends. They have a wonderful backyard and are right next to a park and a public pool. It is unfortunate what these latest reviews are written as i personally had a WONDERFUL experience. my child learned a lot and was a head of his kindergarten class. Natacha is such a loving human... parents would come in talking about how she is so affectionate with their children and especially those whom may need some special attention. The office was always ready to help me out when i needed help,and was always so accommodating. I DO RECOMMEND this daycare. and to not believe everything you may read. some people write reviews only when they have bad things to say. i loved this daycare and i do and will recommend it to future parents!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I can recommend this daycare, based off of my own experience. The daycare offers a large outdoor playground I have nice memories of. The educators I had the chance to have were very warm and friendly. I entered speaking English only and left with a solid foundation for bilingualism. We took trips to nearby movie theaters and the Pizza Hut formerly situated in front of the daycare to make our own pizzas. We got to the chance to have cake to celebrate our birthdays. All fond memories.
The owners make an effort to accommodate their clientele of different ethnic backgrounds with a diverse set of options on the menu and take all necessary precautions with food allergies/ dietary restrictions. I have severe food allergies myself and never one incident of negligence. If you reside in the neighborhood, I would recommend enrolling your child in this daycare for a quality service of care and great integration to primary school!
