L	LeonXIII on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This has got to be the worst day car I have ever seen. I have too many reasons to go over... Its dirty, they have a huge turnover rate for their educators, the food is bad, they dont even call the parents when the kids aren't brought into the day care on any given day (this is confirmed by multiple parents) and the staff is completely dismissive and rude. They treat it like a business... Not a day CARE.
S	Suriya Sadvakassova on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I completely agree that this daycare is horrible. We have left this daycare over 1 year ago and I am so glad we did. First of all the daycare is dirty. My daughter did not know how to walk yet so she was crawling, her pants collected sooo much dust, I have never seen that much dust in a daycare before. Aside from that, I came a bit earlier to pick up my daughter, and her educator was sitting ON the table with kids around her, her feet at the face level of the kids and was feeding them yogurt. I have complained to the director, but she disregarded it completely. Also, the educator was wiping the tables and then was wiping the face, of the kids one after another with the same dirty cloth.. this is only what we have seen. Not to mention that the groups there are huge. I started potty train my daughter and her group was 14 kids in one room two educators, so they refused to take her diaper off because one educator cannot look after 14 kids while another brings my daughter to the bathroom. We switched to garderie Mini Pegase... what a change!! Like day and night. It is clean, chef on sight, smells like freshly baked food, petit oursons smells like poop when you walk into the daycare. I would not recommend this daycare to anyone.

A	Audrey Lulu on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have to say something let all parents know that. First, this daycare has a high turnover rate of educators. That’s not good for children. They often fired educators under three months because they know that they don’t need give any compensation and written notice of the real reason. Second, most educators are young, even under 18years old, they don’t know what’s empathy. Once I saw one educator yelled to child, push child,didn’t have good patients to child.They let little babies cry all the time during sleeping time. No one care that. They ignored the healthy growth and emotional development of children. If babies cried in the morning after separate from parents,they took babies into sleeping dark room alone until stoped crying.They don’t care children’s well-being. I speak both French and English to my children in the class. They fired me because I am professional in psychology and I am an educator I know what’s right and wrong. I gave advice to the manager that as educators we can’t let children cry without respond. They gave me an unacceptable and unreasonable reason to fire me under three months. I have experienced discrimination. I already complained to the Quebec Human Rights and Youth Rights Commission what happened to me and I observed how they ignored children. Of course in the website public area they said they had no mistake. But after investigate we will know the truth. As a mother I give them advice to be better human god bless their heart.

All teachers are very nice and kind to the kids and all the issues we had were addressed professionally and taken seriously by the The Direction. The daycare is recently renovated, they have a newly renovated nice park for the kids. The place is very clean and the food is great and prepared every day by the cook (my son eats very well there). The bathrooms are also recently renovated and they look really nice. They have made many improvements to the place in the past few years, I believe they make big efforts to take all opinions into consideration and improve for the better. They also do their best to follow government regulations and the communications to the parents is impeccable. We are always kept up to date with all changes and new things happening at the daycare. My little one just started there and everything is going great so far. In my opinion, great private daycare! Keep up the good work, Christine and Mira!

The environment is dirty, teacher turn over rate is high and they don't pay attention to your child interest for his health and well being.they feed milk to my child using another child bottle and this wrong bottle was put in my child bag. I posted a picture so you can see the condition of that bottle. My son got sick for two weeks! ? Oh it is not allowing me to post picture. To tell you the least throttle was green and moldy ?

The director, as well as the educators have the well-being and development of children at heart. They are always welcoming, smiling and understanding. Despite the current difficult conditions that we are all experiencing, the owner continues to ensure the proper functioning of the daycare and the safety of all. My daughter loves going there and we plan to enroll her brother there in a few months. Thank you.
