Biberon pas lavé avec du lait dedans une nuit entière, il a eu un bleu sur la.lèvre la première journée et on ne m'as pas dit de l'accident, je l'ai su 3 jours après.
On m'as dit que je pouvais donner le papier de remboursement lors de ma première paie et la directrice a accepté, pour me dire quelques jours plus tard par courriel que ce n'était plus possible, que je devais payer le montant de 770$ pour le.mois de novembre et 735$ pour le mois de décembre le.plus rapidement possible.
Le service est médiocre et je recommande cette garderie à personne.
My son has only been there 8 days and my experience is horrible.
Bottle not washed with milk in it overnight, he had a bruise on his lip the first day and I was not told about the accident, I found out 3 days later.
I was told that I could give the reimbursement paper during my first pay and the manager agreed, to tell me a few days later by email that it was no longer possible, that I had to pay the amount of $ 770 for the month of November and $ 735 for the month of December as soon as possible.
The service is poor and I recommend this daycare to anyone.

I'm so glad I didn't send my son there I had a bad feeling 3 years ago when I visited the daycare, looked like a factory farm and when I called recently the Admin staff and Director were so rude I can only imagine how they treat the children. Im glad your kids didn't go that long :) hope you found a kinder daycare!
