Le personnel est venu exceptionnellement chercher mon auto au travail (bien entendu, je travaille plutôt près du garage), on a fait l'inspection et on m'a rapidement planifié les réparations. Évidemment, c'est hors de l'ordinaire vu la crise, mais je salue leur travail. Je suis un client de longue date, d'une référence d'un proche, et je recommande! Again exceptional service at Garage Simard. I am an essential worker, and my car broke down during the crisis. The staff came exceptionally to pick up my car at work (of course, I work rather near the garage), we did the inspection and I quickly planned repairs. Obviously, this is out of the ordinary given the crisis, but I salute their work. I am a long time customer, of a reference of a loved one, and I recommend!

Aujourd'hui, ils auraient pu me facturer le nettoyage de freins que j'avais demandé, mais il n'était pas nécessaire de le faire. Le personnel est très sympathique, les mécanos très professionnels, le service est excellent. Voilà le genre de garage honnête que l'on peine à trouver. Une perle rare et un véritable garage digne de confiance. Je recommande à tous, sans hésitation. Year after year, I find this garage to be worthy of mention. They don't charge unnecessary fees. They change parts only if necessary. Today they could have charged me for the brake cleaning I requested, but it was not necessary to do so. The staff are very friendly, the mechanics very professional, the service is excellent. This is the kind of honest garage that is hard to find. A rare find and a real garage you can trust. I recommend to everyone, without hesitation.

Éric m'a dit, "Vient m'le porter pis si le morceau est dispo, tu va rouler avec en fds". Ben j'roule avec pis on est pas encore en fin de semaine!!! La facture as pas été salée pis j'ai eu un morceau d'origine Honda! (Important, je suis fefineux la dessus..) Bref, j'y suis allé et je compte bien y retourner. Éric et Luc sont fort sympathiques et surtout, professionels et ben d'adon! J'ai mis 5 étoiles, on peut pas en mettre 6... 2 beau gros thumbs up! Edit: 04-22. J'y suis retourné, la job a encore une fois été parfaite!! I had an unexpected breakdown on my 2012 Civic Si.. (we'll give it a chance, 436,000 km ago!) My dealer could just do the job in mid-December. Éric said to me, "Come bring it to me and if the piece is available, you'll roll with it in fds". Well, I'm rolling with it, it's not the end of the week yet!!! The invoice was not salty and I had an original Honda piece! (Important, I'm fefineux the above ..) In short, I went there and I intend to return. Éric and Luc are very friendly and above all, professional and very helpful! I put 5 stars, we can't put 6... 2 nice big thumbs up! Edit: 04-22. I went back, the job was once again perfect!!
