J'ai aussi eu un problème "urgent" qui était un peu en dehors des travaux qu'il effectue habituellement et non seulement a-t-il effectué la réparation nécessaire mais il l'a fait la journée même malgré le fait qu'il était débordé. Repair carried out with care and in an excellent time. Don't hesitate to trust him. I also had an "urgent" problem which was a bit outside of the work he usually does and not only did he make the necessary repair but he did it the same day despite the fact that he was overwhelmed.
