Gangster Enterprises Ltd. was incorporated in 1991 with 1 truck and 1 employee, over the next 4 years the Gangster Enterprises Ltd. has added trucks in different configurations in order to serve our clients needs. We continue to update and add new equipment as new technology becomes available to stay on the cutting edge of industry standards and environmental compliance. We now have over 50 Water & Vacuum Trucks outfitted with satellite tracking, Tireboss systems, Land spreading systems, Aligator Tires (if needed) and well-site trailers to service remote locations. He told me to stop talking and that he should be the one asking questions. I don’t care if you are closest to the scene or anything like that, if you treat me like garbage I don’t want to use you.

Today, they towed my car (third tow now), I was on the side of the highway an hour and a half from Drumheller ...the truck arrived in an hour and a half, perfect. Friendly helpful operator as usual. Very pleased with the service

We were in a very inconvenient place to be towed and he was still able to do his job with great professionalism. I still feel he deserves more stars but this is all that was,allowed. Great service...great man.

They gave me a time and sure enough the tow truck arrived on time and Brent was there to assist. This gentleman was polite and extremely courteous and smiled all the time he was working on getting my vehicle ready, no bah hum bugs, no grumpy attitude just a smile. I felt so bad for having to call as this is the day he should be with his family. Brent was awesome and even as cold as it was, the pride he took in performing his job is something seldom seen in todays society. Thank you Brent for being the caring person you are and I hope that one day maybe I can repay your kindness. If anyone ever finds themselves needing a tow company be sure to call Gangster Enterprises and ask for “Brent”.

We had a very interesting flat our tire was taken out by a Philips screwdriver, which we were stuck on the side of the highway near the Tyrell Museum, there is No shoulder so we ended up being stuck in the mud, this made Glen work extra hard. Once we got loaded on the truck, he took us to 2 locations as 1st one was closed, Glen made sure before unloading our van that Canadian Tire was able to assist us. After we were looked after and tire was getting replaced a few hours later Glen called to make sure we safe and van was repaired. Excellent Care and Service .... Thank you ,Thank you ,Thank you

E	Edgar Jackson on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hello all, Just a heads up about Gangster Enterprises Ltd and their so called 24 Hour Service. I rolled into Drumheller last night from Edmonton to pick up a driver whose truck had been taken to their impound yard. After picking up the driver I arrived at Gangster Enterprises at 10:30 pm and gave them a call to get personal tools out of the truck so that the driver could continue to work at his trade. I called Gangster Enterprises Ltd and was informed that they were closed. I asked if they could send someone down to the impound yard to give us access to the vehicle. I was told that there was a $150.00 call out charge to have someone come to the impound yard after hours. (Their advertising states that they are open 24 hours?) I said that’s fine I need to get the journeyman’s tools out of the truck. I was then told that that is not how they run their business, They were closed and the gentleman? who answered my call was not getting out of bed and going anywhere at this time of night. He then told me to call back in the morning and he would see about coming down to the impound yard then. Not so great customer service if you ask me. I think that this employee must have Hot Ears. And there is only one way to cure that, Quickly pull your head back out of your hind end. Avoid this business if possible unless you like to be berated and demeaned by those you are paying for services.

Our truck was stolen from Hanna and was found down in Drumheller and Gangster had towed the truck to there impound yard. We phoned them to pick up our truck and it was a Sunday they said it would be 150 dollars call out?? When we arrived the place was busy with there workers so obviously already there and still charged the 150 dollar call out fee plus charged $350 for the tow job within Drumheller, So all said and done the bill was $666 We required another tow as the truck would not start and he stated he would back haul it! They towed it back the next Sunday they did not phone us!!! Went down to the shop for coffee on the Monday and the truck was sitting there and noticed right away there was damage on the front end and we have the pics to prove it! That it was not damaged prior to the tow and when we talked him he just denied it! Highly recommend not using this company!
