★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So this company apparently is an AB agricultural approved facility for processing meats. They currently process meat for Black Forest Bakery in Olds. I purchased some Jerky from Black Forest Bakery (jerky supplied by G and S) and noticed multiple concerns which prompted me to contact AB health services to conduct an investigation as well as the AB ag food inspection individual. The issues that raised the concerns was multiple hairs (human or animal is unconfirmed) as well as a large dehydrated fly stuck on the meat. I would suggest anything from G and S be thoroughly inspected. I believe their facility number registered with ab ag is 6927.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just had my grass pastured steer cut and wrapped here by Anton and his crew. We are very very impressed and happy with the work done! They have a nice clean facility. Steaks are nicely boxed, roasts are double wrapped, and they packaged up all the soup bones for us in nice serving size bags! Way to go G&S Meats.
