With a fast closing date of a house and a water sample that wasn’t passing , we called the company late at night , to our surprise they came the very next morning , worked their magic and we were able to have our water sample back within hours of the closing date ! We had been having trouble with our well since late summer and thought it was due to the hot dry summer and locals referring to ''a low water table''. We persevered with water conservation , and trips to the Laundromat Etc ... but nothing improved. (It's quite an eye opener not having water when you need and expect it.) Hart and Sons recommended a well cleaning. and after that procedure our water is back, and also our lives . The job wasn't straight forward due to the location of our well and the amount of snow on the property. Aaron and Dan used skill and precision to get their truck to the well and do the job. we have nothing but praise for Hart and Sons as a company, from the office staff who were friendly and understanding to the field operators that did the job. I recently had extensive work completed by G.Hart & Sons to upgrade the old well on my property. Bryan was very knowledgeable about the issues I described and what work was required. Aaron and Dan were fantastic, working through stormy weather to replace the surround, the pump and cap all in 1 day! They were very patient and responsive with my questions and very professional. I would highly recommend Bryan, Brandy and the team at G.Hart & Sons!

After an assessment was done on our well and pump, the employee (Erin?), who visited the house said they could be back three days later, today, on Thursday. I said to make it happen, I'd see you in a few days. When my mother was on the phone with them, which was over speaker and I was present for, she said that she wanted it fixed ASAP and to schedule us in when they can. Again, they talked about Thursday. Either because I am not the homeowner and my mother is a woman, or some other reason that seems to escape me, the contractor did not find it suitable to fit us in for the appointment we clearly and dearly needed. As a result we have been left without running water for additional days, now timing over a week after our initial inquiry they could 'fit us in'. And today, my mother calls to confirm their appointment and was told there was no such scheduling, which resulted in her in tears because she had taken the day off work for the appointment, which is an additional lost income we sorely need, especially to pay to fix our well. Let's also talk about how the workers, the apprentice and Erin, both tracked mud throughout the house AND DIDN'T WEAR MASKS THE WHOLE TIME. I was having an anxiety attack almost half the time they were here, and my dog could sense it. She would not stop freaking out because she knew I was freaked out. I shouldn't have to request personal decency, especially during such a tumultuous time. Unacceptable sexism and unprofessional conduct. Not happy. EDIT: Want to mention that the company called us not 15 minutes after posting this. And not to attempt to reconcile and fix the situation or apologize, but to antagonize and further harass my mother. I had to take the phone before she broke down again. Disgusting behaviour.

I had them come and check my well, as my water kept shutting off. The men that came were very nice. How ever the person that answers the phones is extreme rude. After their first visit I had no water for almost 2 days, which was not lole that before they came. They had to come back because what they did the first time didn't work and made my water situation worse. I get a bill for $835!!!!! No break down as to what is costing me $835. When I called to ask about it again the rude man on the phone says, we don't do bill breakdowns. And the stuff costs around that much, a pump tech which I was told is a couple hundred at the time now he's saying around 300 and a pressure switch. Which was zero help, and considering they had to come back a second time because they didn't do it right the first time shouldn't be my problem. They tack on 2hrs travel as well, which was never told to me. I lost 2 days of work to be home for them to come to my house on top of that . Would not recommend!!
