★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tom is amazing, wonderful person and incredibly helpful, went above and beyond.
His 'help' on the other hand is probably one of the most rude and disgusting people I've ever had the displeasure of dealing with and i hope that he doesn't retain his fill in position. I've never been spoken to in such a disrespectful degrading way by anyone in my life. Especially while dealing with an issue that was dropped in my lap and not one of my own volition.
Absolutely appualing behavior and not helpful in the slightest.
Otherwise I'd recommend this buisness if dealing with Tom directly as he is a very sweet genuine human being.
