Simply, we were so happy with them the first time, we used them a second time for a house move. Tarin and Gage (unsure of spelling) were the two gentlemen who showed up and they did a 7hr move non stop. These two were unbelievable. With possibly another 2 & 1/2hr again tonight for last minute details to be moved. Again both these gentlemen showed up and did a respectful, professional job. Tarin encourages asking questions and will explain the way he's doing things to ensure you're comfortable with the moving and packing of your goods. Nothing but good to say about the employees and the work they performed. Thanks kindly Will Burton
C	ComPuterleat on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sometimes, you find yourself in a real pinch and need help. In my case, I needed to get my mom moved but I live out of province. It was also on very short notice, like days! My mom was very worried about the move, shes a pensioner. Amanda and the crew at EZ Move answered the phone, set a time to help my moms, arrived when they said they would and got the move done in a timely manner. The stress I felt lifted from my shoulders was incredible. Their online payment system is dialed. Thanks again for the good works. I would recommend them to anyone who needs quality, communication, timeliness and trust.

I had the cleaners come in after and she did an amazing job as well. Thankyou so much for making the move quick, easy and stress free. Would highly recommend EZ move and definitely use them again if needed!!!!!

D	Doug Stangier on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stay Away from this company!!!! Simple move from Grande Prairie to Grande Cache booked 2 months in advance. Showed up 4 hours late with a U-Haul and two young guys that had no clue how to load a moving truck. Heavy items at the back! Finally show up in Grande Cache with a different driver with absolutely no experience. When they offload our new washer and dryer they were both destroyed. When I asked the employee what happened, he admitted that the driver drove over several very large but well marked holes in the highway at full speed and it was obvious the washer and dryer took the brunt as the bottoms were pushed up inside the appliances rendering them totally useless. After 20 days of being ghosted and submitting a claim to replace the new appliances of over $1600.00 they send us just over $300 bucks and say thanks! This company will promise you professionalism but will not deliver it, they have no sense of integrity or customer service even when their employees admit it was their negligence and sloppy loading practices that were at fault. Only reason for 1 Star is to get the message out before they rip others off!! The guy I dealt with on the phone booking immediately avoided all contact when it was brought to his attention!
L	Lynette Nooy on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the first time I’ve used a moving company and it was horrible! The time for my move was changed 3 times, that I could deal with. It was almost cancelled to another day as the mover called me to say his partner wasn’t there and he couldn’t get ahold of him. The manager texted shortly after to say he had found someone to work as well and the move would happen. The 2 guys arrived at my storage locker and packed up the truck. We met at the condo I was moving in to. The guy who was “picked up” to help was complaining, swearing, and being really rough with the furniture. The original mover spoke to him a couple times. About 1/2 way through the unpacking he called a cab and left!!!! This left one guy to finish moving things into the condo, which he couldn’t do himself, so I ended up helping. I had put a down payment on and then heard nothing from the company after me texting, calling, reporting what was happening, with no answer. Today I received an invoice, due to be paid today, for more than the quoted amount. When I reached out to say I wasn’t paying that amount, the owner emailed me to say he will call me when he’s in the office. I’m disappointed and angry. This was the worst service I’ve had from any business. I do not recommend them!
