Don't waste your time with them cause all you'll end up with is a headache and nothing moved. Also if the other reviews I've read are true they seem like extortionists too! What a delightful bunch! Hope you guys go out of business :)
B	Baby Yoda on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ WARNING: Do Not Hire Barrie 3 days ago Moved furniture from Whitby to Barrie - were to be at house at 9:30 am to load - called and apparent truck problems and would be there in 45 minutes - arrived at final destination at 4:45pm which is a 2 hr drive. Original quote $375 then following day changed to $425. Upon furniture being loaded on truck asked for $565 and a tip or they would not release my furniture. No blankets were used in moving the furniture, they squeezed an italian leather sofa through door resulting in scratches on the arm. Both movers asked to use washroom and one asked to use my iphone charger to charge his phone. They drove over my front lawn to unload rather than use driveway. Upon my daughter and myself calling to complain, Ryan on the phone started yelling and swearing at us then hung up. This company's actions are deplorable and need to be reported to BBB, the Gov of Canada Consumer Protection Act, Ontario Gov Competition Act, Kijji etc. which I am proceeding to file complaints to. Total misrepresentation dishonesty, and false advertising which needs to be dealt with to protect others from having to experience this type of abuse. This company also goes by Quick Movers, Last Minute Movers, etc. How many more of us are out there that just haven't posted their negative experiences with this company I'm certain LOTS MORE.

The workers that came had no experience at all, they broke so many items of mine and the owner Ryan, screamed at me over the phone because I was disputing his changed rate. This company uses extortion tactics by threatening to not unload your property if the new rates are not paid. Ryan also threatened to fire his works if I didn't comply. Dont hire this company!!!

Came to them last minute with a small job that needed to be done that day, Ryan, the manager reassured me that he would be able to deal with the items and also gave me a quote over the phone, all seemed well. Tells me his crew would be out in an hour, well? The hour goes by, then another then eventually after 3 hours I call him up and ask him if he’s got an eta, says they’re going to arrive in 30-45 minutes, after not hearing from him for that duration of time, i again reach out, to this time find that he says he would arrive in 25 minutes, that would be my last communication as he would then ignore me for the rest of the night, almost costing me thousands of dollars had it not been for Happymovers. Do not pay for these people, unprofessional to the highest degree imaginable and completely and utterly unreliable.
R	Rachel Benaim on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Owner claims he's been doing this for 30 years but extremely rude over the phone and very unresponsive to calls and text messages. I only ended up using them because it was a last minute move and they were available. I don't think movers were well equipped to move a stone table but it did make it in one piece... although they scratched our wood floors. Before they loaded it off the truck they asked for payment. I was promised a receipt for my service from the movers, and still have not received anything from the owner. I would never use them again.
R	Rishanth Rasanayagam on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I used these movers recently to go from Oshawa to Brampton and I recommend you find anyone else as far as movers go and you will thank yourself for it. This company damaged our mattress got it wet and promised to have it cleaned and returned and never returned it. When you call the owner to inquire about this he just ends up using foul language or ignores your calls. They don't even have proper insurance for you to make a claim. They also have holes in their room leading to all your stuff getting wet and / or damaged. I have never met a more unprofessional company. They also quote you one price over the phone then end up overcharging you and refusing to unload your items until you pay them the overcharged price in full. DO NOT HIRE THESE GUYS FOR YOUR OWN GOOD!!!!!!!!!!!!
