★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely amazing service. I booked my A7S in for a sensor cleaning (it had terrible spots on the sensor). The Fusion Cine service department were great in letting me know how it was going each step of the way. My particular camera was a difficult job and took the tech a lot longer than it should have, but they still only charged me the regular sensor cleaning charge. Return shipping was packaged perfectly and got to my door in less than 24 hours.
I can’t recommend Fusion Cine enough. Don’t hesitate to get your camera equipment serviced here, it will be in good hands!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My Sony A99ii glitched out with faulty SSM lens I was trying out. Did some googling, saw the great reviews For Fusion Cine over in Van (I am in Victoria) and sent an email inquiring about fixing my problem. Gary, their tech wizard got back to me early the next morning. Communication was excellent from then forward. End result? I had my fixed camera plus some nice swag shipped back to me within two weeks of my dropping it off at Canada Post. My bill for the fix and clean was VERY reasonable. Highly recommended!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The customer service is amazing here! Every time I go here the staff are so knowledgeable and very friendly. I have been getting stuff from here for about 4 years now and it’s my go to place for camera gear. They sell a lot of stuff that you can’t get anywhere else other then here. And their service and repairs centre is amazing! The employees really took care of me there, and I would 100% recommend getting a camera here or getting it fixed here ?? truly the best camera store in town!

After a recall on my mirrorless lens, I started searching for a rental company so I could continue to work after sending mine in. After a phone call with Michelle at Fusion Cine about the issue, she offered me a loaner lens free of charge while mine was being fixed. This level of service is truly appreciated!

Also cleaned my LCD and viewfinder.Without extra charge, they updated my firmware, ran diagnostics and relayed shutter count. 90 day warranty. Sony approved. Friendly helpful staff. Quick turnaround. I won't be shopping anywhere else.
