Excellent service, especially in times of pandemic with restrictions on the number of people who can attend the ceremony. The Service was webcast to the entire extended family and remained available for later viewing. I highly recommend

I had the great misfortune of losing my godfather in the midst of a pandemic. Thanks to Funeraweb, my partner and I were able to attend his funeral ceremony remotely. I will never forget how lucky I was to be able to experience this event as if I were there. Thanks to Funeraweb. What awesome service !! ❣️

The website says we will be able to watch the recording without a problem if we have any difficulty with the live broadcast. How can a company that specializes in live broadcasting be content and be comfortable with providing such poor service? Why do funeral companies continue to partner with such a poor company? Facebook Live or Youtube Live would have done the job smoothly and for free.

The loss of a loved one is always an unspeakable ordeal. In this time of confinement, my family and I were relieved that, thanks to Funeraweb, relatives and friends were able to accompany us on the occasion of the funeral ceremony of my dear uncle. The broadcast quality and the ease of use of the technology are quite remarkable. Thanks to the whole Funeraweb team! Pandemic or not, the service you provide is simply essential.

My partner's family did business with Funeraweb for the last tribute of a family member and I have to say that the quality of the products and the professionalism of the team were perfect. The webcast was a big plus in this pandemic time and with the large number of family we were able to watch the ceremony from the comfort of our homes. Thank you again Funeraweb for this special service which puts a little balm on our mourning hearts.

Absolutely the worst company. Please do not trust this company in handling your loved one's last goodbye. In the time of COVID, we depended on Funeraweb to stream the service to friends and family all over the world. It was especially critical due to restrictions in attendees in physical services. Our live stream got cut off 15 minutes into the 1hour service, but their team conveniently knocked off early at 5pm EST and there was no customer service support to handle any system issues/errors. If you think you can trust a team like that for such an important event, I suggest you set up your own backup livestream instead. A suggestion to the owners to move into a different industry if they can't handle important emotional moments with care, or are too cheap to not get extra CS to work in PST hours when you clearly have a customer base in PST. Unforgivable. For all funeral homes since these guys work B2B, think again about the companies you work with. You don't want to be in the position answering for mistakes/errors in a funeral when Funeraweb is unresponsive.

Not being able to attend the funeral (with COVID restrictions) I was only able to hear about 2 minutes of one of the speeches and then the audio was lost. I called the company's toll free number to discuss the issue, to which nobody has responded to me on what happened and the audio has not been repaired. It's really disgusting, given the emotion upheaval of family and friends who could not attend, to miss the words of tribute and love from family members. Obviously, some of your measures to capture these special messages need to be seriously reviewed ! It's completely unacceptable considering the business you are in !

Extremely disappointed with this company. Please be cautious if your funeral home will use Funeraweb for your loved one's service livestream. Our funeral home had venue capacity restrictions in place due to COVID. This was disappointing; however, they offered a livestream service (for extra payment). We were happy to pay extra as we wanted all of our loved one's friends and family to be included. We were told it would be broadcasted through Funeraweb and there would be a recording available. On the day of the service, we heard through friends and family that the live stream service was not working. Nothing was playing. My family and I were busy grieving during an emotional ceremony so we couldn't address the issue. We were told later by the funeral home that everything on their end was working - it was Funeraweb's service that wasn't. This was heartbreaking as we promised friends and family that this would be available. Our family in other countries booked off work/woke up extremely early for the livestream. Some individuals decided not to attend the service in person because they were told a livestream would be available. Although this was upsetting, we were grateful a recording would be available. Think again. We were given a video recording, however more than half of the sound is missing. I have contacted Funeraweb by both email and telephone to discuss this issue and received no correspondence. This was already a very emotional and stressful time for us. This company is extremely disappointing. They should not be providing services in such a sentimental and sensitive field if they can't do their job correctly and consistently. Please beware. Edit based on company’s response: Your company should not be broadcasting over 350 livestreams a week if you cant ensure that every single one will work. Do better by your customers.
