Definitely, best gym I have ever been a member of. Amazing staff. It's open 24/7 so it is super convenient for those of us that are busy all the time and find excuses in "how late it is to work out", plus it has really good prices.
Completely worth my money.

Fultons has been around since the '80s and is in a nice central location in downtown St Catharines right by the bus terminal so easy to get to. You looking to buff up shed a few pounds or just maintain your physic this is the place to come.???????️??️♂️?️♀️?️

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The gym has everything you'd need to get a great workout and the hours are very accessible. Not very crowded either. The owner is very involved with keeping the gym safe as well as making sure your experience is great. Overall, one of the best gyms I've ever been to!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First off: the owner is a pleasure to communicate with; helpful, professional, prompt and friendly. Second: the gym is fantastic. I'm a fitness competitor and the selection here is phenomenal. Old school feel with a variety of equipment both effective-classic and new.
Definitely one of the better gyms in the Niagara region
