They are very nice but not a lot of thought went into the design. There is some uniqueness but less than expected. I would be happy if I won one. I suggest going earlier in the morning or later in the afternoon. Parking is tough and a lot of people are filtering through the homes

If the individual is average you can invest a $100 for 1 ticket to participate in the lottery. Best odds to win is to invest a months rent - $875 - to compete. Biggest absolute biggest rip off in any lottery. Why does the provincial government allow this garbage??

The early bird prize of condo with Jaguar in downtown Edmonton is great . This year (2020) again the homes are amazing. There are 3 homes. All are well constructed and bright with good natural lighting and clean finish. The decoration is pleasant and pleasing. The area is well developed. There is a new school nearby and a proposed High school will be constructed in the near future. It's also close to an shopping center which is under construction As we all know they money is for a good cause . .
