★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Their employee used a high powered leaf blower to terrorize my dog and puppy...We where across the street walking and this employee of theirs, used his leaf blower in their direction, I can not believe what happened next. He saw that it terrified my pets. He smiled and pointed the leaf blower at them and used it again, not once, not even twice, but three times. My poor pets where traumatized. I went back home, calmed my poor pets down and then brought my girlfriend back with me, (she calmed the pets down and showed them there was nothing to fear) to speak with the manager. The manager told me he was sorry while smiling and laughing and said he would tell the other employee not to do this, all the while speaking in Mandarin that he would congratulate the employee responsible when they saw him next to an other co-worker. I find this appalling. I called the phone number on the side of the vehicle and it just goes to a blank voicemail. If you Google the company you get a completely different phone number and it also goes to a voicemail, which is a robotic voice asking for your name and number.
What a terrible ordeal. I hope typing this out helps something get done! I wonder if anyone else has experienced anything like this?
