Frosty's Family Christmas Tree

No fire and no food this year, but there was good holiday cheer. Staff are friendly and helpful and the trees were plentiful. Masks may now be the law, but to cut the trees there were still plenty of saws. You can still drive your car up to the gate but there might be a wait. This attraction seems to be even more popular than before, but if you search hard enough, a great tree you can score. Merry Christmas and thanks for making our weekend fun!

Not only are the prices sky high, $16/foot for a Noble Fir, but they don’t even have any! 3 days into the season and no Noble Fir ?? Also it’s true they don’t assist with transporting of the tree, which is fine if the trees were close by, but they’re not and you walk through mud to get to the trees, there are NO signs identifying the group of trees nevermind tagging trees individually for verification. Was very sad to see, and there were ZERO pre-cut trees ? at all. I don’t recommend this place at all.

Not a good experience at all. I don’t know if they have jacked their prices up or what! I paid double for a Fraser Fir here than I do at my normal place in Chilliwack. $130!!! That should be illegal! Pine meadows where I normally go shakes all the dead stuff off and they bale it up for you for just $3!! This place doesn’t even have a buggy to pull your tree in. Worst experience I have ever had and I will never go back and I will also warn my friends and family about this rip off!

Sorry, folks but $112 for an approx. 6 1/2 foot Fraser Fir? I think not. Picked up a lovely Norway Spruce for $66 at another farm, where the trees were clearly identified and the prices up front.

Amazing experience! Opening day was a great environment- helpful staff (Kayla was so helpful!) came home with a beautiful tree. We will be back next year!

I highly suggest not to waste your money at this place, they price gouge unbelievably! I paid $128 for a tree that was about 6 feet tall but because it had one leader off the top was about 2 feet they had to charge me for that at $15 a foot!!! My elderly mother got one that was only 4 feet high that cost her $72 with no seniors discount! There was no carts to pull your tree, there was no option of shaking the dead needles off it and there were a lot of dead needles and rotten areas! There was no option of having the tree wrapped for easier transportation home on your vehicle. Never ever again! What a waste of time and money!! They don’t even deserve 1 star!

A great annual excursion where you can take the family and enjoy the experience. We've been getting real trees for over ten years and the last three years we've been coming to Frosty's. Of the Christmas Tree farms we've been to, Frosty's Family Christmas Tree farm really embodies the festive spirit and you can see the effort they've put to make it extra special for the children and those that are children at heart. Well organized and easy to follow signage will get you out there sawing down your own Christmas tree. Handheld saws are offered but I would definitely recommend bringing a sawzall if you can. Chainsaws and axes are not allowed as they would disrupt the experience as well as introduce a level of safety concerns. Staff are helpful in directing you to where best to find the type of tree you are looking for as well as helping to get your tree to your car once you get it out of the patch. The only area of improvement would be having more trolley carts as they had two but one was broken and the other hard to find. If you have a cart bring it but for us with an 8 foot tree it was quite the effort to get it to the car. Would recommend to any family to go out and start your festivities off with a fresh real Christmas tree from Frosty's Family Christmas tree farm!

Awful. Four and a half foot tree cost $72. They don’t supply you with a cart to haul it out of the field. They don’t have the shaking machine or wrap it. Only cash or cheque. Never again.
