★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Last Friday a unit in my 4 plex had Rogers come to service their line. At 10:30 I lost internet cable and telephone.
At first I was happy to wait for my service to be fixed. As the day went into the next we still had no service. There initially was 6-7 employees. Out of the whole group 1 of the group stayed and tried to help me and the other unit find a solution.
Let me back up. When the 2 drillers were installing new lines (which didn’t work) the one guy took his shirt off as if he was at home in his backyard working on a weekend project ???!
At the end of day 2 a Bell tech came to fix the other units line and also fixed ours too!!
Thank you Mark from Front Line for trying everything to help correct your coworkers mistake. And thanks to the Bell tech I forget his name for fixing our lines!!!
