★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Curd cheese is not that easy to find. I've tried many brands at different grocery stores but nothing compares with the homemade curd cheese from Qualite Summum. It's expensive, yes (over $20 for 2 lbs) but if you feel like a poutine fest this weekend, it's worth the drive on the South Shore. They open at 8:30 am on Saturday.
