fait au Québec, je cherche un fromage en grain constitué à 100% de bon lait pasteurisé comme le fromage en grain provenant de la fromagerie des Basques...On a tellement de belles fermes qui produisent du bon lait frais au Québec pourquoi utiliser des substances laitières modifiées souvent produites aux États-Unis.

made in Quebec, I'm looking for a curd cheese made from 100% good pasteurized milk like curd cheese from the cheese factory in Basques ... We have so many beautiful farms that produce good fresh milk in Quebec why use substances modified dairy products often produced in the United States.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Un petit comptoir bien simple. Nous y sommes retournés plus qu'une fois. Ce n'est pas écrit nulle part, mais leur fromage en bloc frais aux épices a donné un des meilleurs fromages à griller de notre vie. Un bijou du coin.
A small counter very simple. We went back more than once. It's not written anywhere, but their fresh spiced cheese has given one of the best grilled cheeses of our lives. A jewel of the corner.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ J'ai acheté un sac de fromage en grain je pensais qu'il était frais, mais je crois que non selon le goût et la texture. Puisqu'il n'y a pas de date de fabrication sur le produit on ne peut pas vraiment savoir. Positif, le fromage aux épices est bon.
I bought a bag of cheese curds I thought it was fresh, but I guess not according to taste and texture. Since there is no date of manufacture on the product, we cannot really know. Positive, the cheese with spices is good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A counter. A fridge. I knew it wasn't grandiose from other reviews but stopped in. Cheese is good (not great) but the middle aged gentleman at the counter didn't say hi, didn't smile, didn't say a single word!! Was as though we were interrupting something else he was doing. Didn't say bye either. And...only place in the area where someone wasn't wearing a face mask...not even this pleasant fella
