★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Well, where do I start, the sales girl was so rude!! As we tried to enter we were told only so many people in store! That part didn’t bother as much as how absolutely rude she was to us! Only 2 of us stayed while the rest of our party were offended and left! As we were looking around another older lady tried to enter and she was rudely told to wait outside! What was so offensive was how rude she was! We left the shop and went down the street to Odyssey and were greeted so warmly! The sales lady was so helpful and so pleasant! Our party bought a couple of outfits! We will not be shopping at Freyja in the future!

You will never get a dime from me. Your staff need to take a lesson in customer service and how to make people feel appreciated and valued. I wish there was an option of no stars.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought a pair of Levi jeans, but before I purchased them I asked if I could get a refund. I was told yes, if I kept the tags on and kept the receipt. I did this and brought them back a few days later. I was very disappointed to find out that I could only get store credit. I wouldn't have bought the jeans if I knew this. There was no leniency because I had been given the wrong information. Poor customer service.
