★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff were polite, honest and actual did what they said they were and when. Our last provider was a nightmare right from account set up to intoxicated drivers that came to fill tank on two different occasions once only putting in an 1/8 of a tank the other 3/4 tank already had 1/4. So yes you guys deserve all 5 stars quick no hassle service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We recently required replacement of both our oil tank and furnace unit. Everyone at Frew Energy we dealt with was fantastic. From Steve who went out of his way to find us a new oil burning furnace amidst all of the supply chain issues that COVID has created to Ross who did the installation of both the tank and furnace. Our experience could not have been better and we would highly recommend Frew to anyone who needed help with their home heating.

Erin has made the move to Frew from a previous supplier a smooth transition, our tanks are always full and never run out. The service we receive from Erin has been stellar!!! She has resolved all issues in a timely and professional manner. Erin and the Frew family have taken the guess work out of our on-site fuelling needs. We have better quality products at better prices. Thank you very much Erin and Frew!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had an oil tank installed recently and the service was excellent. Perry initially came down and explained everything to be done. He communicated very well and accomodated us with staggered payments which really helped. Very approachable and friendly.
Mike and his son Justin came and installed the tank. They too were very nice and professional. After the work was done, Mike explained everything to me in a very simple way that I could understand. Thank you Perry, Mike and Justin. Very happy and satisfied with your service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We just had our oil tank replaced and are very satisfied. Perry Robino explain in detail our options were at the beginning. The install took about 5 hrs. Mike did a fantastic job with explaining what was going to happen. Very pleased with the end result. Good job! Would recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a great experience with Steve and the staff at Frew when we recently converted from oil to a new high efficiency natural gas furnace. There were lots of steps that had to be done over a few months but Frew was there every step of the way and keeping us informed. Highly recommended!

Bill Burns is our dedicated delivery of the fuel here at the shop and we have to say he is the most professional, courteous and down to earth person you could ever meet!
