★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The space is beautiful and modern, and the co-owner and physiotherapist, Lissa, was incredibly knowledgeable; she didn't rush the appointment and gave me valuable exercises and stretches that worked wonders for my sciatic pain. Highly recommend this clinic.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dustin is an awesome Physiotherapist. I was blown away with how thorough his assessment was. Treatment focused on my mobility using IMS as well as other manual techniques followed up by some core stability exercises. Highly recommend to anyone that needs to see a physiotherapist.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dustin did a mountain bike fit for me and the results were amazing. The neck and shoulder tension as well as SI joint tightness I was experiencing while riding has been reduced by about 80%, even after 4 hour rides.

The massage therapy services here are equally as impressive. Thom is dedicated to solving your issues for the long term rather than just offering a "band-aid" solution. I was also impressed with his follow-up. He promptly emailed me the exercises to continue at home. I highly recommend Fresh Tracks, even down to their friendly front desk staff.

The combination of physio and massage have me regaining strength and flexibility in a badly damaged shoulder that was once headed for intrusive surgery. And even more than the technical support, it is the manner in which Dustin, Lisa and Thom relate to me and my needs. I love the feel at Fresh Tracks!
