Within 5 days I felt joy again, I lost weight, the therapies were incredible, my mind cleared, the food incredible and delicious and the for price its wonderful and I researched for 2 months worldwide. Raw vegan scared me and it was the best mind cleanser and body/blood cleanser. Delicious and I am a meat person. The staff is delightful and helpful. "If you are truly ready for change and have an open heart and mind, I do no think that you can go wrong." The location was beautiful! I made amazing new friends organically.

I started to take care of my health about thirty years ago, but got distracted building a house and growing my business. As I retired last year my wife and I decided we needed to refocus on our health, so we both enrolled in the three week program. We also chose to come separately. I wanted to get the most out of my stay there so I followed the customization for my specific needs to the letter. I am certain that and the caliber of practitioners was instrumental to my excellent results. The improvement I could see in my life blood cell images, within the three weeks was astounding. My digestive system has regained a vitality I didn't think was possible. I also gained insights to some emotional issues and some counter productive habits. I've been to other health retreats but had not encounter an approach this comprehensible. I am now implementing the changes in our diet I wanted to make. My wife commented after the first week back, that she never thought I would get this much out of my experience there. In summary, I just know that investing the money and effort in this program will bring my retirement years the vitality I wanted.

Whether you are experiencing physical, mental or emotional health issues, or simply want to go somewhere to find peace, calm, happiness and replenish your soul, Fresh Start is the place for you. Every experience was top notch perfection. The staff, physical therapies, to-die-for food, and incredible nature/ocean/mountain views were the perfect combination. For those who cannot justify the cost, I’d say that you have to experience before you judge. After being here you will understand how much work and dedication is provided to every individual, there is not a blanket approach and everyone receives a specific and personalized package. The cost is more than justified. After all; can you really put a price on health and happiness? Thank you to everyone at Fresh Start. I feel refreshed and re-energized. I can’t wait to come back!

I found fresh start and I liked what I was seeing on their website. I scheduled a phone call and it all made sense after hearing the program details. I did the 2 week program. It did changed my life. In 2 weeks there I went from taking insulin 4-5 times a day to taking it only 5 times total in 2 weeks. I couldn't believe that just by proper diet that I would eliminate that medication. The knowledge you gain helps more the diet it opened up a lot of other things there that I was unaware of. Its been 8 months since I have been there and I feel that I need to go back for a little refresher course. Yes it is pricey but you do get what you pay for. I wouldn't go back if I didn't feel it would help me more when I do. Thank you for opening my eyes :) Adam

I am a Nutritional Consultant with 30 years of knowledge so although the website description seemed very nice, I was expecting to be just reasonably satisfied with my 3week program there. However, I was SO VERY IMPRESSED with the quality of all the services provided! The services were 5star rated from the beautifully presented gourmet food ,to the high quality supplements, to the exquisite massages...and the personal compassion from all who were trying to support our endeavors..... It is an understatement to say that Fresh Start is a great place to address your health concerns and get the support you need. If you appreciate " real" knowledge and would like a holistic approach, you would be lucky to have this opportunity.

The program consists of not only healthy meals, but training and lessons on the benefits to the body of healthy eating. They provide a wide array of daily classes and activities: there was no dull moment! I also really enjoyed the vast fitness activities to choose from: walks, yoga, and exercise classes. The small group size of the program is a real benefit as you receive individualized attention from the staff. The staff is very welcoming and knowledgeable in their specialized fields. They are happy to explain nutritional values and their experiences, in a non-intimidating manner. I have been able to take what I learned here and apply it to my daily routine at home. I never could have imagined the impact those 3 weeks had on me. I started seeing myself differently, I was laughing again, i felt at peace. The connections made with other participants and practitioners was outstanding and couldn't have asked for better. This experience was one I'll never forget and would recommend it to anyone. So grateful to have experienced this healing place.

I extended to the 3 week program. I connected deeply with the practitioners, the participants, and most importantly, myself. I went there with a completely open mind to the experience and I never would have imagined the impact it could have on me physically, emotionally, and spiritually. Results may vary, but I would absolutely recommend this to everybody and anybody.
