But it has become so increasingly inconsistent when ordering from Ubereats. Today they sent the small instead of the large. Sometimes the portions are full and sometimes they’re half full (bowls and burritos have the same issue). It also has made us feel sick multiple times but it tastes good so we keep ordering lol. Tonight I ordered extra sauce but they added a crazy amount of sauce. Completely drowned it in sauce to the point I can’t eat it. It was crazy and couldn’t even tell what the food is meant to be. Extra doesn’t mean 5x the normal portion. They also never answer their phone. Number should be deleted if they don’t accept phone calls. Pricing is also all different on each platform (Uber, in store, their app, ritual). Also tried ordering through ritual once and they never accepted it after 20 minutes. My recommendations: get packaging that travels well so it doesn’t leak in the bag. Train staff to create a consistent product. People shouldn’t have to feel they need to come in to store to get a good product.
B	Berman G on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I tried this place by ordering a ground beef burrito. The service was fast and it was delicately prepared using a hand plastic and disposable gloves. The place was clean and well maintained. I couldn't find any reason not to give it a 5 star rating. I will definitely come back to this place as it is just in the ground level of my office building. Highly recommended.
