★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very poor customer service I spent over $500 on a Garmin 65 and install earlier this year it was installed in the wrong place so 50% of the screen is viewing my dash I brought in and showed the installer and he agreed numerous times I called and they say they can't get the piece that sticks to the window from Garmin I go on line and see you can order the piece from England and I let them know and have phoned few times since and no call back the thing is in my dump truck I need a new CB and because of my previous experience I am looking else where

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quoted 45 mins for mounting cb & install antenna, cb was already wired for power, they knew exactly what was to be done including mounting the cb and took over an hour for less work this time, installer was cold & unprofessional, cost $229. It's not about the quoted time, it's the fact cb already wired, was just to mount the radio & install antenna. But charged for full installation instead of just antenna.
