★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I been to this store in January '22 to buy a pair HD Boot and they out of stock but the assistant manager, Darlene told me they will received a shipment in February so she took my name and phone number to let me know ! They received the boot that I was looking for, Darlene gave me a call and the next day I go pick it up and came back home, I saw one of the boots have a defect inside. Next morning gave her a call back told about the boot and she was ready to make switch with another pair ! Going back a the store the same day exchanged with no problem !
Everytime I been at this store, Darlene is ready to served you with a smile !!!! ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Drove hours (two hours there two hours back)to test ride a bike after applying online and calling in to confirm to be told in person they aren't allowing test rides until May. Freedom Harley wasted my time and money and had zero remorse about the situation. Terrible customer service.
